Leo Pre-booking: Plan Ahead with Peace of Mind

With Leo, you can pre-book your vehicle up to 90 days before your departure and leave with peace of mind, knowing that a vehicle will be waiting for you close to home.

A Guaranteed Vehicle, Close to Your Chosen Location

When you pre-book with Leo, we guarantee you a vehicle within 800 meters of your departure address, on the date and at the time chosen.
No more last-minute stress or long walks: your vehicle will come to you.

And if your chosen model isn’t available at the time of departure, don’t worry: you’ll automatically be allocated a vehicle in an equivalent category (for example, a Honda Civic instead of an RVR 2WD, and vice versa).

How It Works

• Open the Leo app and look for the calendar icon on the map – this is your access to pre-booking.
• Choose your date, time and departure address up to 90 days in advance.
• Pay the $12.99 pre-booking fee.
• On the day, a vehicle will be automatically assigned to you near the address you have indicated.
• One hour before your reservation, a key-shaped icon will appear on your Leo card. As soon as it appears, you can unlock the vehicle and start your journey.
• Update your app now to access this new feature!

💡 Good to know: you can even start earlier than planned, as soon as the vehicle is visible in the app. Billing only starts when you click on “Start”.

Before you pre-book

• Only journeys of 24 hours or more are eligible for pre-booking.
• You must make your request at least 48 hours in advance, so that we can send a vehicle near you.
• Your vehicle will remain reserved for 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. After this time, it may be reassigned to another user.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are subject to a $25 charge to cover logistical efforts.

Simplified payment, no surprises

• When pre-booking, the estimated cost of the journey is invoiced in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.
• An adjustment will automatically be applied at the end of the journey, according to the actual time or distance covered.
• The fixed pre-booking fee of $12.99 is charged at the end of the trip.
